Shipping / Receipt Methods
We take care about our shipping and packaging. Every single original artwork or print is carefully handled and protected with a plastic bag. Shipping method will vary from a hard cardboard envelope to a cardboard tube depending on the size of the item.
From the moment the product is available, the order is sent it to your place within three (3) days within Switzerland with a Swiss Post.
We use Swiss Post Service to do our shippings in order to keep the lowest rates possible for our customers. It’s safe but it may get slow depending on the country of destiny. Please, if you are in need of a special urgent delivery, write us an email here :
A special service through DHL will be contracted and the costs will be added to your purchase.

Our company is not responsible for any delay or any damage caused during the shipment of the order. Upon receipt, you are obliged to check the products immediately, so that in case of damage, we can claim legal compensation from the carrier.

The following ways of paying for your order are available, depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
1. Cash or Credit Card (for collection from our store).
2. By bank payment
After completing your order, you pay the total value of your order, including any shipping costs, by deposit or transfer (physical or e-banking) of the amount to the following account.

Return Policy
The cancellation of the order can be done at any stage before the completion of the ordering process. If the electronic order process has been completed and your order has not been executed, ie the product has not been shipped, you can cancel your order after consultation with our company.
