We take care of our shipping and packaging. Each original artwork or print is carefully crafted and protected with a plastic bag. The shipping method varies from a hard cardboard envelope, to a cardboard tube depending on the size of the item.
Once the product is available, the order is shipped to your location within three (3) days within Switzerland by Swiss Post.
We use the Swiss Post Service to make our shipments in order to maintain the lowest possible prices for our customers. It is safe but it may take some time depending on the destination country. Please, if you need special urgent delivery, write us an email here :

Our company is not responsible for any delay or any damage caused when sending the order. Upon receipt, you are obliged to check the products immediately, so in case of damage, we can claim legal compensation from the carrier.
